ILIKEDES is a new 21 year old artist making his way into the scene. He was born and raised in the San Francisco and started creating music when he was a freshman in high school. A friend of his who, made music, convinced DES to get his voice out there for the world to enjoy. DES started off super basic by just, using GarageBand on his phone to, make instrumentals. Over the years he started to really get into experimenting with his voice and expanding his horizons as far as his discography could go. Andrew Dawn: Trap Beats that Bend Genres Around Your Head the Whole Time.
Andrew Dawn is an up and coming artist from Northern Virginia who takes on the work of producer/ songwriter/ and singer. A jack of all trades one could say from starting the instrumental to finishing the whole song. Andrew creates a new sound just for himself by bending genres like, modern trap and punky guitar melodies. His newest tape, “SWISS” is full of sounds all ranging in feeling and emotion but, Andrew makes these songs his without a doubt. This isn’t the easiest thing for an artist to do especially with, a 12 track listing so, we have to applaud Andrew for staying focused and making every song clean and well made in its own right. Our favorites from the track list would have to be the catchy “All Night” and the psychedelic “Geeked Up”. Andrew has very strong writing abilities on tracks that have spacious and airy rhythms. “Geeked Up” literally sounds like a mellow trip with no real melody or rhythm to start but, Andrew destroys this song lyrically by adding catchy melodies and lines. Tracks like this are reason to why you should check out Andrew right now especially, if you’re into the likes of playboi carti or Lil Uzi.
illBadaa: Words Worth More than One Listen.
illbadaa is an artist we have covered very recently. He blends well written lyrics alongside mind bending instrumentals that bring you to a new world. illBadaa caries around an organic sound with a lot of warmth and saturation. His drums always bang with the most unique percussion and his words are filled with wisdom beyond his years. Recently, illBadaa put out two new songs that have a social commentary on today’s current climate. “Breonna’s Song” is a almost gospel sound with uplifting sounds but, the lyrical content drives through the avoidable tragedies that have killed so many innocent Americans. The song gives a feeling of empowerment and struggle at the same time. This track is a beautiful mix with that gives you the warmest hug. The second track he put out is more of a hard hitting and clubby sound. “KINGDOM feat. Terron Kerron” is a very accessible song for anyone. It has hard hitting bass that bounces through octaves as a catch piano run fills the air. The lyrical content, yet again, is very serious; however. It’s a darker take on oppression that happens in America. All about running through and taking back your kindgdom! It gets very touchy, running through topics of murder and even rape but; this song is nothing to ignore. The words are more than true and more than powerful. Take some time to humble yourself or relate to people struggling in America along with you.

With a passionate and ever-growing catalog of diverse projects, nic violets strives for singularity within a crowded community. Nicholas Paul Roache is a 23 year old artist with talents inside and outside of music. This includes design work as well as creative directing. He is an entrepreneur who had a young passion for music. By his fans, nic is known for his music that blends genres with beautiful melodies and rhythms to carry the way. Although, his love for music started in middle school after attending a course at school, it was not until 2019 that he released his first single.
