Kacevade is a new artist from Atlantic City, New Jersey. 18 years young and already on his path to greatness. His insperations come from various bands from the 80s and 90s as well as, modern day hip hop artists. Currently a senior in high school, Kace balances his music along with many other things like work and athletics. “The Amber Tapes” is Kacevade’s most recent body of work. “The Amber Tapes” is a hip hop experience that takes a on a nice lofi texture. Throughout the whole tape we get hard hitting bass and well written tracks. This project is full of rapping as well as, melodic lines here and there to help carry along songs. “Physic Tides” has a glittery sound that really stood out to us. Kacevade adds some really nice vocals that you would hear in a song from someone like Lil Uzi Vert. Punk rap vocals with great lyrics that are easily relatable. “The Amber Tapes” is a trip to space and back made by someone in their bedroom. You got nothing but, time right now so, might as well check it out.
