Adjustments.jpeg

Chase Ashton Pittman is an American actor/rapper/singer from Jacksonville, Florida. He releases his music under the name "Ashton Chase" by mashing together many different genres and vocal styles. Ashton has found a unique sound all to himself and is able to mold accordingly to the left field instrumentals. In middle school, Ashton began performing in plays, musicals, and comedy shows. However, it was through his work with Speed Demon Records that really opened his eyes and his passion for music.

“DJANGO” is a off the wall track with energy and momentum. Quick guitar licks fill the atmosphere and Ashton goes bar for bar with tight and seamless rhymes. His punchlines add the perfect indentation to every bar and his flows are versatile while keeping you entertained. This track bangs hard with heavy kick drums and quick rhythms. It’s more than worth a couple minutes of you day so, dive in, and fall in love with a whole new discography.

Adjustments.jpeg

Marc Bravo is back again with his much anticipated debut album, “ALLURE”. This album is a long 16 tracks long with quality mixes and ideas on every single. After listening through once, you’re overwhelmed but atmospheric and versatile sounds. As you start to really invest time with this tape, tracks like, “Pro Max” and “Bad Days” become essentials in your playlist. The sounds ranges but, essentially has, a very analog and realistic sound. This is what sucked us in. The drums are peculiar and the instrumentals are created with Rhodes pianos and subtle guitar and bass licks. This album is by far Marc’s best work to date and worth a  listen. Marc is quickly proving that no one can do it like him.

2TIMES: ConversatIon about Life, the Future, and the Pursuit of Happiness.

2TIMES is a new artist on the scene that we had the chance to chat with. From Cleveland, OH, 2TIMES makes experimental hip hop that bangs with aggression. 23 years young, his passion started a few years ago but it wasn’t, until 2019 when he was released from jail that, 2TIMES really took his music seriously. He talked about his time in jail and how it made him realize how he needed to live his life. Staying focused on a goal and out of trouble as much as possible. This was a big turning point for 2TIMES and it shows in his music. He always played around with freestyles growing up and always had a passion for music but, as the years come along, 2TIMES found himself wanting more of an outlet to express his feelings and thoughts. Most of his influence come from the team around him. He’s always had a lot of friends to help him get the best sound possible and it shows. Crisp mixes with space for every sound on every single track from his most recent project “ROCKSTAR 2X”. That tape was filled with more intended banger tracks that are perfect for a good time but 2TIMES claims that his next project takes a completely different route. He talked about how he wanted to show off his range to his listeners and show everyone how versatile he really is. So, with “POPSTAR 2X” he did just that. Creating a whole tape with melodies and grooves for everyone to dance with. 2TIMES has a sound of his own from progressing classic sounds and genres we already know and love. Without a doubt we think 2TIMES is worth a play a few times.

His lyrics are inspired by having fun, chasing your dreams, and relatable struggles that he has overcome.

“Solo” has a euphoric sound with wavy vocal recordings. Justis rides the beat slowly just like it’s supposed to be with, intoxicated and spacious drums. This track is more than worth the listen. Justis kept it wavy and catchy the whole way through.
