Jonela Cartier is a new artist on the scene. 21 years young and from Cleveland Ohio, this artist bends a diverse range of genres into an up beat hip hop dominant piece. Growing up he always had a thing for writing. He would write structure and well thought out poems as well as, stories. It was a given he would polish his talents over time. 

“Boopin N Boppin (prod. by ManiLobo)” is a hard hitting track that will get your feet moving. The spastic drums bounce around at a perfect groove as it separates it self from the lofi piano in the mix. zenas is an artist from Broward County, Florida. We’ve covered him in the past and could never forget those crispy and melodic vocals he has to offer. A soulful sound with a dash of R&B grooves. zenas is just as much a singer/songwriter as he is, a producer. He puts in the hours he needs to get the results he wants. Coming from a popular area, there’s a lot of talent surrounding him. Influencing his music and developing a sound that is unique to zenas. A true hidden treasure in the sand. 

Tullis: Take a Drive with the Windows Down.

Justin Tullis is an artist from Scottsdale, Arizona. He has a way of blending genres with peculiar samples and well thought out lyrics. Tullis has always show interest in art and put his all into anything his head is in. 

“distance” has a nice laid back vibe. Producer Roddy adds a nice environment with high pitched distances samples and smooth keys. The beat soon breaks down and turns in a jam that anyone can dance with. Tullis delivers a beautiful melodic set of lyrics that perfectly carry the track all the way to the end. Switching it up each step of the way. 

The Buzzing Sound: This Rock Outfit is out of this World.

The Buzzing Sound is the Rock outfit from the depths of the underground. They consist of Mark, James, and John. The group was formed by Mark and he’s since cared for it like a child. James helped co write songs and Jon is the technological mastermind that brings the mix to life. At the end of the day, Mark is the one who is gonna give the okay. 

“Music from the Outside World” was their newest musical project released on January 6th of 2020. This record is a great modern day rock record with seas of aggressive guitar riffs and psychedelic sounding leads. This album to the boys almost four years to finish. That being said, not all that time was music focused because, they all work normal day jobs and Mark lives miles from the rest of the band. No the less, these men pulled together a great album and Mark has one of the best ears for music we’ve heard. This album just has too much diversity and experimental qualities to ignore. It becomes even better when you see where most of it was recorded. This men truly love music and will always being putting out a consistent sound for all of us to enjoy so I think it’s time to start enjoying it.
